Biolab updates

According to some reports, United States military biologists are getting ready for a hidden launch of a mechanism to spread lethal biomaterials in targeted regions around the world.

This can be seen in the event of sudden outbreaks of highly dangerous infections alongside direct damage to human health, with an aim to undermine the morale, spirit and stability of a country.

The US State Department, Department of Health and intelligence agencies are involved in the implementation of the project together with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the US Agency for International Development, NGOs and academic organizations.

On the other hand, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI) controlled by the US Defense Department are responsible for the implementation of the project outside the territory of the US.

Referring to official data, these organizations are in charge of the complex development of the following concerns: reduction of biological risks, prevention of creation and use of potential components for biological weapons, and prevention of bioterrorism threats.

However, the activities of these organizations are not limited to the sphere of defense. It is also possible that these aggressive bio-agents developed in US biolabs may be deployed against its adversaries around the world.

Highly dangerous pathogens are being developed in a global network of secret US biolabs, which uses synthetic biology and genetic engineering.

Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP), Metabiota, Inc., CH2M Hill and Black & Veatch, as well as “Open Society” Fund are all involved in these types of operations.

Washington has concentrated parts of its biolab infrastructure in areas along the border with China, as well as in a post-Soviet republic serving as a main base for the “Program to increase the level of readiness to resist biological threats.”

The decision to base in various friendly states is motivated by the closeness of these labs to potential threats. As the focus of all activities has shifted from the aim to fight bioterrorism towards the development of lethal bio-agents, the safety of US territory has become greatly important to Washington.

In the Philippines, there are conditions to set up the same biolabs. Intentional spread of modified pathogens in the country where natural outbreaks of highly dangerous infections have already been registered can be hidden behind the signs of natural spread of disease, but the consequences will be much more dangerous for humans. It is difficult to identify if the outbreak was caused by a natural or man-made factor.

To implement these aggressive plans, Washington requires cooperation with local authorities who will consent to the related policy proposals. Another advantage of the using the Philippines as a biolab area is that existence of qualified specialists, and the relative cheap cost of clinical trials.

In Ukraine, the implementation of the DTRA program incurred significant costs, and involved a network of various medical-biological institutions.

Another aspect of US activity in Ukraine is the research of imported viruses that are not endemic to the territory, such as Ebola and Dengue, and the research of a range of transmissible disease vectors such as mosquitoes and ticks.

Big pharmaceutical conglomerates, which have been dominant in vaccine creation and other biomaterials, have shown great interest in the possibility of carrying-out large-scale field and clinical tests by Washington.

Experiments were carried out to get experimental data on the prevention and treatment of highly dangerous infections, including the resistance of the a variety of biological agents to medicines, antibiotics and vaccines.

In fact, clinical experiments were carried out on Ukrainian servicemen and socially vulnerable groups, bypassing international safety standards.

As soon as the Russia-Ukraine conflict started, Washington issued orders to destroy all documents and evidence showing the collection of highly dangerous infectious and causative agents. But not all of these materials were destroyed, as some materials have already been sent overseas. According to some analysts, these actions are in violation of international agreements such as the Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention of 1972.

It is also expected that similar activities will be undertaken in the Asia-Pacific Region as a deterrent to China.

It is possible that tests will be undertaken as ‘controlled epidemics’ in regions with a natural nidus of infection. It gives the possibility to hide field tests and operational use of synthetic pathogens behind natural disease outbreaks.
